I’m Dana , a healthcare professional, mum of two, a carer to a special child and the co-founder of AfterDusk Ready. Night shifts were a grind and the days in between were even harder. I wanted something simple, reliable, and safe that could help me stay focused at work and unwind when I got home. No hype, no complicated stacks; just balance.

The spark for AfterDusk Ready came from those 3 a.m. ward moments and bleary-eyed drives home. In the hospital, order matters ; it keeps you steady when everything else is moving. I brought that mindset into a routine you can stick with one sachet, no guesswork.
